The structure of this site, its texts, its identity and the visual and audio material published on it are protected. Reproduction or use, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited. Third-party names, logos and artwork (labels, partners, artists, releases) remain the property of their respective owners and appear here for reference purposes only.
Privacy policy
This site collects as little personal data as possible: only what you choose to send us through the contact form. No account, no payment, no advertising tracking.
Data controller
Chance Worldwide — yuo@chanceworldwide.com.
What we collect, and why
When you use the contact form we receive your first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), your message, and which of our two divisions you wrote from. We use it for one purpose only: to answer you and, where relevant, to prepare a possible working relationship.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Providing this information is optional — but without it we cannot reply.
Who sees it
Only the Chance Worldwide team, and our host Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. We never sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Transfers outside the European Union
Our host Netlify, Inc. is established in the United States. Your submission is therefore stored outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Three years from our last contact with you, after which your data is deleted. If a working relationship begins, the applicable legal retention periods take over.
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your data, and object to it, at any time — simply write to yuo@chanceworldwide.com. We reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies — which is why you are not asked to accept anything on arrival. Your browser only stores two strictly functional items: your chosen language, and a counter that limits how many messages can be sent in a row to prevent abuse. Both stay on your device and are exempt from consent.
If you choose to contact us via the WhatsApp button, the conversation takes place on Meta's infrastructure and is governed by Meta's own privacy policy — over which we have no control.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS and every submission is encrypted in transit.
